| Answer: No. To change advisors, you simply complete and send an “Agent of Record” letter. We will provide you with a draft for your use. | 
| Question: Should employees pay any portion of insurance premiums? | 
| Answer: That’s up to the employer. But if the employee pays the Long Term Disability premium and becomes disabled, their benefit income is tax-free. If the employer has paid the premium, the benefit is taxable to the employee. | 
| Question: Can you provide key man insurance or insurance to fund our buy sell agreement? | 
| Answer: Yes, we often provide these types of insurance to clients. | 
| Question: How many insurance companies do you represent? | 
| Answer: To ensure we get clients the best combination of price and benefits, we have contracts with all companies that offer employee benefits. The number is currently 15. | 
| Question: We are a Canadian company with employees who work abroad. Can we provide employee benefits for them through you? | 
| Answer: Yes. Out-of-country employees have different requirements, but we can help you obtain this coverage. |
